Some times the program can’t detect the type of installer framework your executable was based on. It tries to do so to give you some hints on which command line switches the setup program will accept.
It is recommended that you search the Internet for help on your particular setup executable. You can search for terms such as command line switches, options, or arguments.
Remember to include the name of the program you are trying to wrap in an MSI package in the search query as well. Hopefully this will direct you to the right source of information.
